This Privacy Policy outlines our practices with respect to collecting, using and disclosing information about our users ("you" or "user") when using our website or our mobile application (“App”), which offers you contact management solutions such as: merge duplicates, cleanup, group texting, group sharing & smart dialer, called ID, sync of your contact with your social network picture and additional solutions, features and enhancements as may become available from time to time (collectively, the “Services") .

The Services are based on contact management and Caller ID (if applicable), therefore, we will use your number and contact for this purpose. This disclosure is also important to individuals that are not our users which may be identified by the caller ID. The Services are not intended for children, accordingly, we do not use the Service to knowingly solicit data from children as defined under applicable law (e.g. thirteen (13) regarding US individuals and sixteen (16) regarding European Economic Area ( "EEA" ) individuals). We request that children do not provide Personal Information through our Services. If you become aware or have any reason to believe that a child has shared any Personal Information with us, please contact us and we take reasonable steps to ensure that such information is deleted from our files.
